iPatient SignOut
QUICKER SIGN-OUTS. BETTER HANDOFFS.
iPatient SignOut gives physicians a simple, powerful tool to do their sign-outs and improve their patient handoffs. A visual workflow organized around the census mimics the traditional process used to add diagnoses and plans, meaning physicians don't have to change how they work. iPatient SignOut keeps a full history of patient sign-outs, giving physicians the ability to recall any needed information quickly.
iPatient SignOut's visual workflow extends from the workstation to the upcoming mobile version, which runs on Apple's iPhone&trade and the iPod® touch. Better yet, you'll be able to switch between the mobile and workstation versions as you wish; all information added on either version will be immediately available on the other.
Adding diagnoses and plans is as simple as clicking what you want on a list of commonly used items grouped into standard categories. There is a fully searchable library of all ICD-9 diagnosis codes. In addition, there is always the option of simply typing in what you want; there is room to add as much or as little as you feel appropriate.
Physicians working in groups or teams can see their colleagues' censuses, improving continuity of care. A companion charge capture module can be added that shares the iPatient SignOut census and is one click away, so attendings have the convenience of adding their charges and information related to sign-outs in the same place. At all times, everything you do is protected by iPatient's HIPAA-compliant security.
iPatient SignOut's "Click on It to Work on It" Simplicity

- See each patient's sign-out history with two clicks/taps.
- Sort the census, manage teams and assign patients the same way.
- Switch to iPatient Charge Capture with one click/tap.
